STUDIOSEKI PURCHASE POLICY

Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once an order is confirmed, we do not allow refunds, cancellations, or size exchanges.
Customers are advised to check the size chart and product details carefully before purchasing.

2. READY STOCK & PREORDER

Items not listed under Ready Stock are considered Preorder items.

Preorder items require 10–14 working days processing time before shipment.
Orders may be shipped earlier or slightly later depending on logistics and stock arrival.

3. SALE ITEMS

All sale / promotional / clearance items are strictly final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

4. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your parcel with:

• Your Order Number
 • Clear photos of the issue

Approved items must be returned within 7 days and must be:

• Unworn • Unwashed • Unaltered • With original tags attached

5. NON-DEFECT ITEMS

The following are not considered defects:

• Loose threads
• Slight colour differences due to lighting or screen display
• 1–3 cm measurement deviation
• Minor fabric imperfections
