Received the wrong items / wrong size from studioseki

Please drop us an email to [email protected] / direct messageto our IG page @studioseki with all your order details within 3 days.
Provide us the following details to proceed with an item exchange: (1) Order ID (2) Photo of the item that you have received wrongly
We will provide you an exchange with the correct / brand new item. You will have to send the item back to us in a brand new/in the original state unworn, unwashed & not smell of deodorant /perfume/ washing powder, otherwise an exchange/refund will be ignored.
Please note that there can be minor defects or dirt stains on the garment. We are sorry to inform that we cannot provide exchanges / refunds for slight defects.

did not fit me well
wrong size bought
did not look good on me
I do not like the item
We do not accept refunds / returns for these reasons.
Kindly make sure that the size you bought is correct by using the measurements provided in each product’s description page before you check out.
Products out of stock or no longer available
Should items become unavailable after order is placed, customers will be informed through email to conduct the refund / exchange with other items.
If customers choose to change to other items, products less than the original value will be refunded, whereas if the product is higher than the original value, customers will have to pay for the extra value.
Will I have to pay for return shipping?
We do not cover the cost of return shipping. If in case a return is necessary, all customers are responsible for their own shipping fee.
All goods are strictly non-refundable/ cancelled once the payment has been made.
