• In-stock items once sold out will change to backorder items automatically.
• We cut off preorder items on every month's 5th / 10th / 15th / 20th / 25th / 30th. 

1. Ready Stock 

• If the item you're looking for is not under 'Ready Stock' page, it's preorder item.
• Shipment within 1-3 working days after payment completion, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

2. Pre-order / Back-order

• Pre-order and items typically arrive in about 10-14 working days follow the cut off date.
• We cannot accurately determine the arrival time for shipping *depends on logistic.
• We will try our best to ship out as soon as possible.
• We do not accept rush orders.

3. Combine order 

• If there are pre-order items / backorder items in your order,
• they will be shipped together once all the items are available.
• If you require immediate shipment for in-stock items, please place separate orders.

• West Malaysia

Shipping fee: RM8. Free shipping for orders over RM150.

• East Malaysia

Shipping fee: RM15. Free shipping for orders over RM180.

• 现货可以到现货区去逛逛～如果不在现货区就是预购产品～

2. 预售/预订商品

• 预订商品通常在约10-14个工作日内到达（从截止日期开始）
• 我们无法准确确定运输到达时间,我们会尽快发货。
• 我们不接受紧急订单。

3. 合并订单

• 如果您的订单中有预订商品
• 它们将在所有商品都准备好后一起发货。
• 如果您需要立即发货，我们会安排先发现货商品，请把预购和现货分开下订单。

4. 运费详情

• 西马 - 马来西亚

运费：RM8 - 订单满RM150免邮费。

• 东马 - 马来西亚

运费：RM15 - 订单满RM180免邮费。
