由于中国物流在2月28日2026才正式恢复运作，我们原本预计这个星期可以收到货物。不过目前货物仍卡在清关，暂时还未放行，因此发货时间会有所延迟，真的非常抱歉。

我们已经每天与运输公司跟进并催促，希望能尽快安排放行。一旦货物抵达，我们会第一时间为您火速发出，并通过 Email 通知您运单号码。

As logistics operations in China only resumed on the 28th of Feb 2026 , we originally expected to receive the goods this week. However, the shipment is currently still held at customs clearance and has not yet been released. Therefore, our shipping schedule will be delayed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Kindly read before placing your order

• Items sold are strictly not exchangeable/refundable.
• In-stock items once sold out will change to backorder items automatically.
• We cut off preorder items on every Friday.

1. Ready Stock 

• If the item you're looking for is not under 'Ready Stock' page, it's preorder item.
• Shipment within 1-3 working days after payment completion, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

2. Pre-order / Back-order

• Pre-order and items typically arrive in about 10-14 working days follow the cut off date.
• We cannot accurately determine the arrival time for shipping *depends on logistic.
• We will try our best to ship out as soon as possible.
• We do not accept rush orders.

3. Combine order 

• If there are pre-order items / backorder items in your order,
• they will be shipped together once all the items are available.
• If you require immediate shipment for in-stock items, please place separate orders.

4. Shipping Information

• West Malaysia

Shipping fee: RM8. Free shipping for orders over RM180.

• East Malaysia

Shipping fee: RM17. Free shipping for orders over RM250.

• Singapore

Shipping fee: RM35. Free shipping for orders over RM400.

For Singapore Ordes: It will take an additional 3-5 working days for delivery from Malaysia to Singapore. Usually, once the goods are ready, we will be handed over to the shipping company immediately. Pre-order and items typically arrive in about 10-14 working days (Malaysia) follow the cut off date.

1. 现货

• 付款完成后1-3工作日内发货，不包括星期六日和公共假期。
• 现货可以到现货区去逛逛～如果不在现货区就是预购产品～

2. 预售/预订商品

• 预订商品通常在约10-14个工作日内到达（从截止日期开始）
• 我们无法准确确定运输到达时间,我们会尽快发货。
• 我们不接受紧急订单。

3. 合并订单

• 如果您的订单中有预订商品
• 它们将在所有商品都准备好后一起发货。
• 如果您需要立即发货，我们会安排先发现货商品，请把预购和现货分开下订单。

4. 运费详情

• 西马 - 马来西亚

运费：RM8 - 订单满RM180免邮费。

• 东马 - 马来西亚

运费：RM17 - 订单满RM250免邮费。

• 新加坡

运费：RM35 - 订单满RM400免邮费。

新加坡订单：从马来西亚到新加坡的配送需要额外的3-5个工作日。通常，一旦货物准备好，我们会立即交给运输公司。预定商品通常会在10-14个工作日内到达（马来西亚），具体取决于截止日期。
